A psychological program for teenagers aged 15 and over

“Who am I? How do I live my life?”

The program helps teenagers understand themselves, their feelings and needs better, develop inner support, independence and self-confidence, and gradually shape their own vision of the future.

A safe space where a teenager can get to know themselves better, see their strengths and learn to rely on themselves more in a world that is constantly changing.

What this program is about

A space to get to know yourself

Adolescence is a time when questions about yourself, your feelings, relationships, independence and the future become especially important.

Within the program we will gradually explore these topics and help the teenager understand themselves, their needs, reactions and their own bearings better.

The work is built around the teenager, their interest in the process and the questions that matter to them personally.

Who the program is for

For teenagers aged 15 and over

I work with teenagers aged 15 and over, provided they themselves agree to psychological work.

  • the teenager wants to take part in the program

  • understands that they are a full participant in the process

  • can put their request into words on their own — with the psychologist’s help if needed

  • is not under any pressure from parents or other adults

Experience and professional approach

Luydmila Osadchuk

I am a professional psychologist and clinical psychotherapist with 16 years of experience, a family psychologist, and an author and trainer of psychological programs for adults and teenagers.

My education and professional experience allow me to work both with specific life situations and with deeper, longer psychological processes.

In my work, I value professional boundaries, confidentiality, respect for the person and careful attention to each client’s individual situation.

I work with Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking clients from different countries, including people going through migration, adaptation and the life changes that come with them.

Confidentiality and safety

A teenager’s personal space matters

Work with a teenager is built on the principle of confidentiality, including towards the parents. This means that the content of the sessions and the teenager’s personal information are not shared with the parents without their consent.

At the same time, there are situations where confidentiality has limits. If during the work it becomes known that there is an immediate threat to the teenager’s life or health, the necessary information may be passed on immediately to their legal representatives or other specialists to ensure their full safety.

Understand yourself better and gradually shape your future

“Who am I? How do I live my life?” is a space where a teenager can get to know themselves, their feelings and needs better, see their strengths and develop inner support and independence.

No pressure and no need to have ready answers to every question. We will move gradually, supporting each other.
